Mrs Janet Kataaha Museveni was born on 24th June, 1948 at Ntungamo District, Uganda. Married to H.E. Gen. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni President of the Republic of Uganda with four children and fifteen grandchildren.
She held a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Management, Uganda Christian University (2015), Bachelor of Education, Makerere University (1997) and a Diploma in Child Cognitive and Physiological Development, Montessori Education Centre, Dublin (1993).
She is the Minister of Education and Sports (June 2016 to date).

Minister of Energy and Mineral Development
Hon. Ruth Nankabirwa Sentamu is the Minister of Energy and Mineral Development a position she has held effective June 2021. Before that, she was the Government Chief Whip, a position she was appointed to in 2015. She has previously served as State Minister for Fisheries, State Minister for Microfinance, State Minister for Defence and State Minister for Luwero Triangle.
In 1994 through 1995, she served as a delegate to the Constituent Assembly that enacted the 1995 Constitution for the Republic of Uganda.
Hon. Ruth Nankabirwa Sentamu holds a Masters of Arts Degree in Conflict Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Fine Art, both from Makerere University. She hails from Kiboga District, and was the District Woman Representative from 1996 – 2021.

Thomas Tayebwa was born in present day Mitooma District on 10th November, 1980. He is married and blessed with one son.
He possesses a Bachelors of Laws (Hons) Degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences (Hons), both from Makerere University. He is currently a Fellow of MBA at Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI). He also holds a Certificate in Negotiation ofHarvard Law School and a Professional Certificate in Parliamentary Affairs from International Centre for Parliamentary Studies, London.
Currently, he is serving as a Member of the 10th Parliament representing Ruhinda County North on ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) party ticket. He was among a handful Members of Parliament who went through the 2016 parliamentary elections unopposed. He serves on the Natural Resources, and National Economy Committees of Parliament.He also served on the eight member select committee to investigate mismanagement of Uganda Telecom Limited (UTL). He was reelected resoundingly back to Parliament, in January, 2021.
Tayebwa is an entrepreneur with interests in communications and media, culture and heritage, transport and cosmetics. He is also a renowned philanthropist who has supported several community projects across the county, and continues to support several children from vulnerable backgrounds to attain education, medical care etc. He has also supported several youth start-ups with capital and as a business mentor.

Head of Export Finance – East Africa UK Export Finance
Isaac joined UK Export Finance (UKEF) in September 2020 as Head of Export Finance covering East Africa. Based in Kenya, Isaac is responsible for originating a pipeline of new opportunities across the East Africa, as well as help increase access to UKEF’s financing offer, support trade relations between the UK and the countries in East Africa.
Isaac is financial risk management professional with over 15 years of experience in management strategy and transformation. Prior to joining UKEF, Isaac was a financial risks advisor at Deloitte for close to a decade, in addition to several years in various roles in finance, risk management and treasury management for large corporations.
Executive Director Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA)
Dorothy Kisaka (born 1964), is a Ugandan lawyer and corporate executive who was appointed as the Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority, on 12 June 2020.
She replaces Jennifer Musisi, the founding executive director of KCCA, who resigned on 15 December 2018, and Engineer Andrew Mubiru Kitaka, who has been acting as Executive Director from December 2018 until June 2020.
Kisaka was born in Uganda in 1964. After attending local primary and secondary schools, she was admitted to Makerere University, in Kampala, the capital city of Uganda, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1987. She followed that by obtaining a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, also in Kampala. She was then admitted to the Uganda Bar.
Her second degree is a Master of Arts in Organisational Leadership and Management, obtained from Uganda Christian University, in Mukono, Uganda. Her third degree is also a Master of Arts degree, awarded by York St John University, in the United Kingdom.
Career
Immediately prior to her current appointment, she was a Senior Presidential Advisor deployed as Deputy Head of the Prime Minister's Delivery Unit in the Office of the Prime Minister. From 1999 until 2014, she was an Associate Attorney at Kiyimba—Kisaka & Company Advocates, based in Kampala.
In April 2020, Yoweri Museveni, the President of Uganda, appointed Dorothy Kisaka as secretary of the COVID-19 Response Fund. Following interviews with the Uganda Ministry of Public Service, she assumed office as the second substantive executive director of KCCA.[2] She was sworn in as the Executive Director of KCCA on 31 July 2020.

He has been on the Board and a non-executive chair/director of five corporations including companies, charities, two government agencies, and a research-intensive university.
Richard has worked in over 55 countries, specialising in Africa, the wider Commonwealth, and post-conflict situations and locations.
He was Chief Executive, Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council from 2017 to 2019. For the previous 8 years, he was Chief Executive of Wilton Park (a Foreign and Commonwealth Office agency for conciliation and dialogue on conflict and crises). He was a Commissioner for Commonwealth Scholarships, and on the Council of Durham University. He is currently a Governor of the National Institute of Social and Economic Research.
He has been CEO of the Countryside Alliance, Director General of the Zoological Society of London, and for ten years served with the British Council in Africa and the Middle East.
He graduated from Durham University (Hatfield College) in1980 and was a Commonwealth Research Scholar at the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka (1983-1986). He was born in Hong Kong.

Dr. Aminah Zawedde the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of ICT and National Guidance. She is an experienced IT professional passionate about embracing digital transformation to improve business models, service delivery and transform people’s lives. She provides strategic and technical guidance on how various sectors can leverage innovation and digital solutions to solve their problems while creating employment opportunities for the youths. Proscovia Nabbanja is the Chief Executive officer of the Uganda National Oil Company. She is responsible for executing the company’s Corporate Strategy and Plans, managing the business aspects of State Participation across the petroleum value chain, including upstream, refining, transportation and storage and identifying new commercially viable investments. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer – Upstream, Uganda National Oil Company. She has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas sector. She started her career as a Geologist with the Ministry of energy and Mineral Development.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Imperial College Business School, London, a Master of Science in Petroleum Geoscience from the Imperial College of Science Technology and Medicine, London and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology and Chemistry from Makerere University.

Nimisha Jayant Madhvani is a Ugandan diplomat, formerly Uganda's Ambassador to the Nordic countries she was accredited to Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.
Prior to that, she served as Uganda's Ambassador to United Arab Emirates, and the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA).
Before that, she was Uganda's ambassador to France, Spain, Portugal and UNESCO, based in Paris.
She was born in Uganda in 1959 to Meena Madhvani and Jayant Madhvani, both Ugandan citizens of Indian descent. Jayant was the firstborn of the five sons of Mulji Prabhudas Madhvani (1894–1958), the industrialist, entrepreneur who founded the Madhvani Group of Companies in 1930.
Nimisha grew up at the family estate in Kakira, about an hour and one half's drive east of the capital, Kampala. When dictator Idi Amin expelled Ugandan Asians in 1972, she located to the United Kingdom with her family, as a 13-year-old teenager.

Eric Olanya is the former Head, Department for International at the British High Commission in Kampala, Uganda responsible for providing support to UK companies interested in doing business in Uganda. He is also the regional infrastructure lead (East Africa) and Oil and Gas lead in Uganda. As section head, he is responsible for UK-Uganda trade development, in particular developing opportunities in the oil and gas sector and leads on strategic partnerships with UK companies in large projects.

Emmanuel Niyibigira is an agricultural scientist (PhD, MBA), with over 15 years experience in agriculture related programme design and delivery. His core competences are in strategic planning, and programme management, reviews and evaluations; his technical background and competences are agriculture, agribusiness, rural development, crop protection, import and export risk analysis, sanitary and phytosanitary issues.
Since August 2010, Emmanuel is the National Programme Coordinator for the EU funded Northern Uganda Agriculture Livelihoods Recovery Programme (ALREP - € 20 million) and the Karamoja Livelihoods Programme (KALIP - € 15 million), in the Office of the Prime Minister, Uganda. As such he manages 32 staff in Kampala, Gulu and Moroto and has the overall responsibility for programme design and delivery, within the framework of the GoU policies and EU rules and procedures
Chief Executive Officer - Electricity Regulatory Authority
Eng. Waako is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Electricity Regulatory Authority, a position she assumed on 23rd March 2017. Her position involves providing strategic direction to the ERA Secretariat to ensure that the organization effectively delivers on its mandate efficiently.
She possesses over 30 years of work experience in and vast knowledge of Uganda’s Electricity sub-Sector, 15 of which have been at Senior Management Level. She holds a MSc. and BSc. Electrical Engineering, both from Makerere University, and a Master of Business Administration in Leadership from Walden University, USA.
Eng. Waako is a Registered Engineer with the Uganda Institute of Professional Engineers and the National Engineers Registration Board; as well as a Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) of New York, United States of America. She was awarded the Excellent Performance Engineers Award by the National Engineers Registration Board at its 50th Anniversary celebrations in 2019. During Eng. Waako’s tenure as Chief Executive, ERA has had various National and International Recognitions and Awards.

Gerry is the International Business Development Director for Lagan, a Belfast based group of companies with interests in property, housing, infrastructure and investment opportunities across Ireland, UK and Overseas. He is a Chartered Engineer who graduated from Queens University Belfast with a Master of Civil Engineering. Having worked in a number of construction companies in the UK, he specialised in Project Finance and was instrumental in securing a number of major Public Partnership projects in roads, water, education, healthand accommodation sectors such as Nuffield Hospital (£100m), DHE Housing (£275m), Aberdeen Ring Road (£750m) to name but a few. During this time, he completed his MBA from Edinburgh University. With Lagan, Gerry has been involved in securing for both PPP and Design Build Finance such as Limerick Tunnel Project (€500m), DBFO2 (£250m) and overseas project including Gan Airport, Maldives, accommodation infrastructure projects in Africa using a variety of funding sources. More recently, the team secured the Kampala Industrial Business Park project with the help of UKEF Agency.
