She runs a counseling firm called Beautiful Aspirations SMC Ltd, that centers on Employee Assistance Programs that promote Mental Health& Wellness in the workplace.

It is made up of Mental Health Enthusiasts, Counselors & Psychiatrists.

She is also a mentor with Girls for Girls, a Mentorship Programempowering women to lead.

She is a Professional member of the International Association of Counselors based in Malta- Europe, The Uganda Counselors Association(UCA) & the American Counselling Association (ACA)
