Eng. Kenneth Kaijuka is the Chief Executive Officer of National Housing and Construction Company Limited (NHCC), the Government Business Agency responsible for Real Estate development in Uganda.

Eng. Kaijuka Kenneth is a Registered Engineer with Engineers Registration Board (ERB) and is a Corporate Member of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE).

Eng. Kaijuka is also the Board Member at the Private Sector Foundation Uganda representing the Construction platform that embodies Real Estate, Roads, Water, Energy, Oil and Gas and all other infrastructure development in Uganda.

Eng. Kaijuka prides in over 18 years of industry experience in infrastructure development in Uganda. Previously he has worked as the Infrastructure Engineer for the African Development Bank projects in Uganda and also served as the Projects Engineer for projects under Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development. Prior to appointment as the Chief Executive Officer of National Housing, he served as the Chief Engineer for the Company.

Eng. Kaijuka hold a First class Master’s degree in Engineering - International Construction Management & Engineering from the University of Leeds, UK (2014) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering from the same University (2014).

Eng. Kaijuka holds the Executive Masters of Business Administration from the ARUSHA based Eastern and Southern African Management Institute ESAMI 2011). Eng. Kaijuka holds a Bachelors of Engineering in Building and Civil Engineering from Kyambogo University (2005).

For 59 years to date, National Housing has remained Uganda’s market leader for real estate development in well-planned and organized environments including Ntinda Minister’s village, Naalya Housing Estate, Bugolobi apartments and bungalows, Kiwana and Spring Valley apartments near Silver springs hotel, Sunset Apartments-Kiwatule, Rwizi view apartment in Mbarara, Regina and Lubowa 108 Housing estates, Kyambogo Lower Estate, Nakasero, Makerere, Bukoto White and Brown flats and all Boma grounds in municipalities and cities in Uganda.

The upcoming projects (2022) include:|2,3&4 Bedroom Units and a 5-bedroom Pent house at Naalya Pride| 2,3&4 Bedroom apartments at Bugolobi next to Bugolobi apartments. National Housing is ready for collaborative partnerships in land for development, Real Estate developments, Joint ventures, Public-Private-Partnerships among others. We also accept long-term- low-interest rated funding for real estate development.
