Executive Director - National Informational Technology Authority Uganda (NITA-U). He has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of telecommunication and innovation research.

Dr. Mugasa holds a Doctorate in Computational Analysis and Modeling, an interdisciplinary degree in Computational Mathematics, Data Science and Statistics. He holds two Masters of Science Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science.
