Governor Cyprian will present a paper on potential of investment which Ugandans and Kenyans in the Diaspora can take advantage of in Kenya and the region.
It was reported recently by EAC Secretary General Dr Richard Sezibera that intra-regional trade within The East African Community (EAC) has increased more than two fold in the last decade and the potential to upscale it was enormous.
Some of the objectives of our investment forum is to identify and seek investment opportunities in public and private organizations within East Africa, the United Kingdom and Europe, and inform Ugandans in the Diaspora to take advantage of those opportunities.
About Governor Cyprian
In his quest for more Knowledge, Cyprian took a three-year Masters at Manchester University where he graduated with an M.E in Management Administration in 1987.
Cyprian in Employment
After graduating from Mombasa T.T.I, Cyprian joined Kenya’s Ministry of Public Works as Government Electrical Inspector where he served diligently for four years before joining Mombasa Polytechnic as a senior Lecturer for nine years of service.
Between 1980 and 1983, Cyprian landed an opportunity to work with Siemens Kenya as Factory and Marketing Manager before he came back to the Public Service in 1983 as a Senior Education Officer, in the Ministry of Education, Jogoo house.
In 1988 Cyprian became the Principal, Railway Training School where he nurtured successful engineers for six years. Cyprian has always been ambitious in his career and had a big appetite for bigger responsponsibilities. This led him to join Marie Stopes Kenya as the Country Director where he spearheaded development and Implementation of various health policies from 1993 until when he retired in 2010.

Cyprian has developed his leadership traits for a long time in his life: Through his commitment in his work, he was entrusted by various organizations and served the people, honorably, in the following capacities;

Besides his engagements in employment, Cyprian has been close and dedicated to his community; he’s been on the forefront to practice his selfless philosophy of ‘Giving Back to the Community’.
Cyprian has worked closely with International NGO’s, private sector organizations and individuals in mobilizing resources that has seen improved standards of living in his community. He is very keen in improving and supporting:
