BloombergTV Africa: Game Changers Africa takes a look at the life and career of Sudanese-born billionaire Mo Ibrahim, the man credited for kick starting Africa’s mobile revolution. Ibrahim made his money through Celtel, one of the first mobile phone firms to cater to the continent. After selling it in 2005 for $3.4 billion, he set out to tackle corruption through the Mo Ibrahim Foundation, which awards $5 million to retired African heads of state who have left their countries economically and socially stronger.
