He continues, “To improve the Bank’s service delivery to the customers in the diaspora, we have also opened a diaspora desk to handle requests and provide solutions for these customers. We intend to have this desk manned by Ugandans who have studied, lived or worked in the diaspora to ensure the delivery of relevant service. We hope to find suitable professionals to fill these positions during the convention”.
