I have registered for the conference but am unable to attend, what can I do?
We understand that due to unforeseen work commitments or changes to personal circumstances, delegates are sometimes unable to attend our events. To mitigate this we operate a flexible policy where you can send a replacement delegate to attend any conference at no extra cost.
Cancellation and no-show fee policy on complimentary places
Complimentary places are offered on the understanding and agreement that you will inform us no later than 24 hours before the date of the event. We will accept substitutions at any time but must be made aware of any change before the date of the event.

All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the charges detailed below. We will accept substitutions at any time but must be made aware of any change before the date of the event.
Cancellation dates / charges
- One month before date of event / free of charge
- Up to two weeks before the date of event / 50% of delegate fee
- Two weeks or less from the date of event / 100% of delegate fee.
